The boys and I are supremely ticked off! These little buggers attach themselves to skin, usually in a warm nook somewhere, and then they proceed to extract nutrients from the hosts blood. I'm all for showing hospitality, but this is a bit of a stretch! Apparently, the tick season ends in June, just in time for the mosquito season; then in August we get flies!

Is my camera cord at home?
No, I have not kept track, but my guess would be around 20. Some of them were just crawling on clothes or hair and had not attached yet. Muffy came down on her own, I'll check on her again tonight. Do you have your camera with you? I don't know about the cord.
Seriously gross. I hate ticks!!! I've got the creeps now. Yuck! Then again, I hate all bugs. I am NOT a bug person AT ALL!
